Payments Accepted
At ShineBright Cleaning Solutions, we offer convenient payment options to suit your needs. You can pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or bank transfer. Please note that a deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon completion of the service.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit represents genuine pre-estimate of the loss should a booking be cancelled or rescheduled, in accordance with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines on fair trading.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service. For cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance, deposits may be refunded or transferred to a future booking at our discretion.
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will either provide a full refund of your deposit or offer to rebook your service at no additional cost.
