2. Services Provided
Shinebright Cleaning Solutions Pty Ltd provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. The scope of work will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings & Deposits

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.

Deposits are 30% of the total quoted service fee and are applied to the final cost of service.

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will result in the deposit being forfeited.
4. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are quoted directly to the client.

Final pricing may vary depending on the condition or size of the property.

Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept EFT and direct bank transfer.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

No-shows or failure to provide property access will result in a fee equal to the full service cost.

If Shinebright Cleaning Solutions Pty Ltd cancels a booking, the client will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
6. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the day of service.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
7. Health & Safety

Our staff follow strict health and safety protocols.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazardous waste, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments).
8. Liability

Shinebright Cleaning Solutions Pty Ltd will take all reasonable care while providing services.

We are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear during cleaning,

Pre-existing damage or defects,

Items not disclosed to us as fragile or valuable.

Clients must inform us of any fragile, delicate, or high-value items prior to cleaning.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, including a re-clean of the affected area if required.
10. Video Walkthroughs & Privacy

We may request a video walkthrough before or after cleaning for quoting, training, or service verification.

By booking our services, you consent to this process unless you advise us otherwise.
